Wraptitude Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 5, 2025. Updated September 29, 2026.

Wraptitude (“we”, “us”, or “our”) explains here how we collect, use and protect information when you use the Wraptitude mobile app.

Information we collect

Quote drafts may also be saved locally on your device so you can resume them later. Public content is available in guest mode; tracking and account history require sign-in.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate and manage accounts, provide app features, respond to quote and service requests, show project progress, provide support, communicate service information, and maintain app functionality and security.

Storage and service providers

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to authenticate users and process and store app data. User data is encrypted in transit. Service providers process information on our behalf to operate the app.

We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, property or safety.

Account and data deletion

You can request deletion without installing or signing into the app. Email wraptitude.ca@gmail.com from your account email address with the subject “Wraptitude account deletion”. Include your name and whether you want your account and associated data deleted, or only specified data. Never send your password. If you cannot access your account email address, contact us so we can verify ownership another way.

After verifying your request, we delete data that does not need to be retained within 30 days. This includes associated profile information, submitted photos, support messages and enquiry content that are not needed for the retained records described below.

The app’s Profile → Delete Account action removes the sign-in account. Use the email request above for associated service data. Local quote drafts can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

We retain necessary order, invoice and transaction records until six years after the end of the last tax year to which they relate, including only personal information needed for those records. A longer legal requirement, audit, dispute or legal hold may require longer retention. Retained information is used only for the applicable accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purpose and deleted when no longer needed.

You may also request deletion of particular data while keeping your account. The same verification, timing and retention rules apply.
