Wraptitude account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Wraptitude app account and associated personal data without installing or signing into the app.

Request deletion

1. Email wraptitude.ca@gmail.com with the subject “Wraptitude account deletion”.
2. Send the request from your account email address and include your name. If you can no longer access that address, tell us so we can verify ownership another way.
3. Tell us whether you want your account and associated data deleted, or only specific data such as uploaded photos or support messages. Never send your password.

After verifying your request, we will delete data that does not need to be retained within 30 days. We will explain any information that must be retained and the applicable reason.

What is deleted

For an account deletion request, we delete your sign-in account and associated profile details, uploaded photos, support messages and enquiry content that are not required for the records described below. You will no longer be able to sign into that account.

The app also offers Profile → Delete Account to remove your sign-in account. Use the email steps above to request deletion of associated service data. Quote drafts saved locally on your device can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.

Records that may be retained

We retain necessary order, invoice and transaction records until six years after the end of the last tax year to which they relate. We retain only the personal information necessary for those records. Records subject to a longer legal requirement, audit, dispute or legal hold are retained for that required period.

Retained records are used only for the applicable accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purpose and are deleted when no longer required.

Delete data without closing your account

You can use the same email address to request deletion of particular photos, messages or other personal data while keeping your account. The same verification, timing and retention rules apply.
